- Use our AI-powered chatbot for general information
- Complete our therapist matching questionnaire
Please note: The Site itself does not provide therapy or medical services. Therapy services are provided in-person or through our secure telehealth platform by licensed mental health professionals.
3. Eligibility
To use our Site and services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if you are a minor
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be prohibited from using our services under applicable law

6. Group Therapy Sessions
When you register for a group therapy session through our Site, you agree to:

- Attend sessions you have registered for, or cancel in advance if unable to attend
- Maintain confidentiality regarding other group members and what is shared in sessions
- Treat other participants, facilitators, and staff with respect
- Follow any additional guidelines provided by the session facilitator
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration for a group session, please do so as early as possible through your account or by contacting us directly. This allows others on the waitlist to attend. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to register for future sessions.
Session Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any participant from a group session who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior. Our facilitators have the authority to establish and enforce ground rules for a safe and supportive group environment.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, and software, is the property of Quail Lakes Community Counselling or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content without our written permission
- Modify or create derivative works based on our content
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from our materials

"As Is" Basis
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUAIL LAKES COMMUNITY COUNSELLING AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Joaquin County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

For material changes, we may also notify you by email or by posting a prominent notice on our Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
