Modern living during the great reset can be challenging for our mental health as we work or go to school while wearing masks and socialize with friends and coworkers through screens.  As a mental health counselor, I can help you explore these existential dilemmas and more. I’m an experienced educator and APCC based here in the Central Valley and have lived here most of my life.  I enjoy the ocean, nature and music.  I’m intuitive, objective and focused on client’s understanding of their self in relation to a rapidly changing, globalized society.
I offer comprehensive psychoeducation, CBT/DBT coping skills development, trauma processing, narrative therapy and free association through a client-centered perspective focused on goal-oriented outcomes.  The ultimate goal is self-realization to self-actualization, to not only become the best version of yourself that you envisioned, but to be your authentic self, to continue to progress as an individual, and to achieve spiritual growth for a more satisfying life.
