Important Note About Health Information

This Privacy Policy covers our public website only. When you schedule appointments or engage in therapy services through SimplePractice (our HIPAA-compliant practice management platform), your protected health information (PHI) is governed by SimplePractice's privacy practices and HIPAA regulations.   • Complete our therapist matching questionnaire: Your concerns, therapy format preferences, scheduling preferences, and therapist preferences
  • Submit feedback: Ratings and comments about group sessions you've attended
  • Apply for a position: Resume, cover letter, and professional information

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. This service collects information about your device, browser, pages visited, and general location. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Postmark

We use Postmark to send emails, including newsletters, group session notifications, and account-related communications. Postmark processes your email address to deliver these messages on our behalf.

Open Library

We use the Open Library API to display book cover images for our recommended readings. This service receives ISBN numbers to retrieve cover images but does not receive any of your personal information.
